You can contact us be email, use a ticket or upload large files with other attachments and instructions.

These tickets are designed to simplify the more technical or complex enquiries. Every ticket is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.

If you are sending media in to me, or uploading a number of images, you can use a Ticket and its number to group multiple uploads together with one set of instructions/queries.

Small attachments (up to 6 at less than 4mb each) can be attached to the ticket (spread-sheets containing orders etc.). For larger uploads, use the specific large file upload facility. You can cross-reference ticket numbers on to these uploads.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Once you submit a ticket request, the Ticket Number will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive a ticket number withing 30 minutes, please check your Junk Mail folder.
